Wow! That's amazing! The nurse that assisted my midwife with Wes' delivery stayed over her shift because she wanted to see a baby born "naturally". She had NEVER witnessed a completely natural birth. How sad. I thought she was rare until I saw the panel being asked that question on this clip. Thanks for posting )

It is amazing that women don't even give their bodies a chance to do what God created it to do. I have felt so empowered after childbirth. I mean if my body can do what it just did I must be able to do anything. Now...I have to admit that I was planning on getting an epidural for this last delivery but just didn't have time. Glad now God had different plans.

It is weird to think Doc's would do a c-section to save them time. I do remember a nurse telling me that my Doctor induced me earlier than necessary with Layton. My blood pressure had gone up a little and rather than just wait a little while on it...he sent me in to induce in the wee hours of July 3rd rather than weighting and possibly disturbing his July 4th plans. If I had to do it all over again, I would have gone home and taken a nap and then had my blood pressure checked after that.
